WHAT IS 'THE JOURNEY'?
Over the years we have taught many different topics about how to reclaim yourself through disempowering depression and anxiety. We have compiled the most inspiring and impactful aspects of these teachings and turned it into “The Journey” programme.​
This programme is designed to fit around you and your life. We aim to support you by providing tools to help you find your place and purpose in the community. These tools can be used to help you gain a better understanding of the true nature of depression and anxiety.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
This program requires you to attend a 2.5 hour workshop twice a week, and optional one on one sessions to ensure you are getting the most from the program and to guide you towards finding your role in the community that is fulfilling and rewarding.
